All products are made to order, meaning they are created especially for you, this means all products are non-refundable or exchangeable.

All products at Manicure Roulette® at Dr Prints® & Co. , are made to order and are therefore created only for each order placed, to reduce waste & excessive printing and manufacturing. This means we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or returns of any products. By purchasing our products & services you are agreeing to this policy.
If is the customers responsibility to ensure their order is full & complete at the time of purchase. Mistaken purchases or incomplete purchases cannot be refunded. In addition, if you have forgotten to add an item to your order, you will have to purchase this separately & cover the additional shipping costs, this is because we cannot keep track of orders coming in & all orders will be sent dated from latest to earliest.
Whilst we aim to represent our products as best possible to reflect true to our printed versions, different screens and monitors display colours differently. We accept no responsibility for colour variations. If you would like your products to match as best possible, we advise that they be purchased together in the same order.
If you receive a faulty product or incorrect order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will aim to respond to your complaint via email within 2-5 working days. If we do not receive a response from you to our first correspondence reply email within 14 days, the complaints case will be closed, and we will be unable to undertake any action stated in our email or to resolve your issue.
Exchanges are only permitted if the item has arrived to you damaged or faulty. Please see below for further information on our returns policy.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns for exchanges must be postmarked within 28 days (4 weeks) of the purchase date. Proof of postage must be provided for any exchange. All items must be in new and unused condition, with the original plastic film seal sticker intact and all other labels attached. We do not cover the cost of postage unless the item is damaged or faulty.
To exchange a faulty product, place the item securely in its original packaging and postage box. Please contact us before sending your order back on email@example.com. Once we have contacted you, you will be required to mail your item to the following address:

Our policy permits the exchange of defective prints & products only. This is due to the nature of our products being delicate, handmade & printed to order. If your product is faulty, you are eligible for an exchange only. After we receive a returned product and inspect the condition of your item, providing all is satisfactory and in line with our policy, we will process your exchange by contacting you directly. If your item is not faulty you will not be eligible for an exchange. You will have to pay for the return postage. Please remember that we quality check all our items before sending them out to check for defects. Our products are extremely well packaged, to ensure damage during transit is reduced as much as possible.
