We understand that, even when following Card Care advice, accidents can happen! Your Manicure Roulette® cards may get damaged, torn or lost during use. Our Card Replacement Service is here to save the day!
Simply enter your Original Product Order Number, the name of the card as written on the reverse of the card, the name of the product you originally purchased & which deck the damaged card belongs to*. This is for a single card only, if you have multiple cards that need replacing please add these individually to your cart.
*Please Note: checks are made to ensure you have previously purchased the card/s selected. We have capacity to view all historic purchases for individual customers on our website. Purchase of card/s without proof of original payment / order number will result in a refund. To put it simply lovey, we will not be sending out cards to customers who have not purchased the original cards.

In fact, any liquid substance should be kept well away from your cards. They are not water resistant, any splashes, drips & trips will cause the ink to run - which definitely isn’t fun!Clean & Dry Hands Only
Any type of paper can be subject to greasy marks & finger prints. Now we know most nail tech’s wear gloves (brownie points for your PPE choices lovey!). But all fingers should be cleansed, dirt free & dry before they go picking.Please Handle With Care
Although they may provide some magic to your manicure treatments, our cards don’t possess indestructible powers (although we truly wish they did!). Please shuffle them kindly & pack them away nicely.The Box
Whilst the Manicure Roulette® box is quite sturdy, it isn’t water resistant or wipeable. Be sure to keep your box stored in a clean, dry place away from damp or liquid.
